Frank W. Waters incorporated the business in North Carolina on May 12, 2000. The founder has thirty years of agricultural financing experience with Wachovia Bank and The Farm Credit System.

Projections, monthly cash flow budgets and commodity breakeven analysis are financial management tools designed by The Waters Group. The consulting group pulls together the financial information necessary for lines of credit, equipment and real estate loans or for the restructure of existing debts.

RCIS crop insurance products are available to the group’s clients. Rural Community Insurance is rated A- (Excellent) by A. M. Best Company. The ultimate parent company of RCIS is Wells Fargo & Company.
